Operating principle of the plant

The parts to be cleaned are placed on a conveyor belt or chain. In a continuous or fixed-cycle process, they then move past a preset nozzle system. A perfect cleaning result is achieved by a high suds flow rate and an appropriate washing medium pressure.

The system can be designed to allow for multi-stage treatment involving washing, rinsing, drying and, if required, preservation and cooling.
Our production program and concepts involve integrating the equipment into automated production lines and linking it to robots or existing conveyors used for returning the parts.
