Dip Cleaning Equipment
Principle of operation

This type of machine is designed for dip cleaning. A basket containing the parts is submerged into the medium. Continuous oscillation of the parts ensures even cleaning on all sides. The following methods can be used to optimise the cleaning effect:
•  Dip flooding / injection flooding
•  Vertical and horizontal rotation
•  Ultrasonic treatment
In two- or multiple-bath-installations the basket containing the parts is manually or automatically moved from one bath to another. It is then rinsed by immersion or spraying and finally dried.
